Medical Imaging Northwest announces partnership with Jorge M. Medina, M.D.
Dr. Medina is a board-certified radiologist with advanced specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology and double Fellowship trained in Body Imaging and Musculoskeletal Imaging. Before joining Medical Imaging Northwest in August 2006, Dr. Medina was appointed Assistant Professor, Department of Radiology at Boston University Medical Center, where he served as head of musculoskeletal radiology. He also has worked in the private sector where he interpreted sports medicine imaging for collegiate and professional sports teams.

"I am happy to be a part of the MINW family," said Dr. Medina. "These are exciting and challenging times in the field of radiology. We have a lot of talented radiologists that work very hard daily to provide the best possible care to our patients." Please join us in congratulating Dr. Jorge M. Medina!

John M. Graham Receives 2006 Jane T. Russell Award for Leadership and Service
At a ceremony hosted by the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) on December 6, Mrs. Joan D. Sobba, former director of the Russell 20-20 Association, presented the Jane T. Russell Award for Leadership and Service to John M. Graham, son of Dr. and Mrs. Martin L. Graham, of Medical Imaging Northwest. John is Medical Imaging Northwest's Web Master. He was recognized by NBR for initiative, leadership, and outstanding professionalism.

Congratulations to the MINW mammography team on a job well done! We passed our annual MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act).

Medical Imaging Northwest has been awarded a three-year term of accreditation in Computed Tomography (CT) as the result of a recent survey by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Congratulations on this achievement!
