Ensuring private and secure patient information processes are a priority at Medical Imaging Northwest. Therefore, be aware that at the time of admission for imaging procedures, patients will be provided with a copy of our privacy notices. Patients will be asked to sign that they have received the notice prior to procedures being done. If there are any questions about our privacy or security processes, please direct them to our Privacy Officer at 253-445-0222.
